The Regional Committee on Disability Affairs (RCDA) Region III has accorded Mabalacat City Mayor Marino Morales and City Administrator Bernard delos Reyes with the ‘Persons with Disability (PWD) Choice’ awards during the 5th RCDA Awards for PWD-Friendly Localities, Leaders’ Community Projects and Partners held at Eurotel Hotel in Angeles City. Persons with Disability Affairs Office Head Michael Samson Miranda, PDAO Coordinator Rowena Delacruz, Federation of PWDs President Steve Buan and fellow officers received the award on behalf of Morales and Delos Reyes. Mabalacat City is also one of the finalists for the PWD-Friendly Localities Award.
