Upon the instruction of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., Dr. Froilan Canlas and the employees of Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center or Ospital Ning Angeles have set up the confinement area for patients found positive of COVID 19. Lazatin also made sure that medical staff has adequate protective gear.
