Branch and Banking Services
Selected branches in Metro Manila will be open on shortened hours. To practice social distancing we encourage our clients to utilize our online banking services, namely, Security Bank Online and DIgibanker. Cheque Clearing and Processing
All PDS Fixed Income Trading, Clearing and Settlement, Payment and Transfer Operations (PDDTS and RTGS), as well as Depository Operations are suspended indefinitely starting today (March 17, 2020) to ensure safety of employees and traders in light of the escalating cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Moreover, due to the indefinite suspension of trading at PSE and no clearing and settlement thru PDDTS and RTGS, there will be no subscriptions and redemptions to be accepted for all our Unit Investment Trust Funds, including Feeder Funds effective today, March 17, 2020, until further notice.
Loan due date deferment and hold on loan applications
To help alleviate the plight of our borrowers during this time, all customers with a Credit Card, Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Business Mortgage Loan, or Business Express Loan whose payment status is current (with no past due balance) as of March 16, 2020 will have their due date extended by 30 days.
Meanwhile, new product applications such as loans will but put on hold all scheduled releases will be appropriately re-scheduled. We will provide updates on new scheduling in the coming days. For everyone’s safety, please refrain from going to the branches without a confirmed releasing schedule.
Waived EGiveCash transaction fees
We understand that sending money to your loved ones could be difficult during this time which is why we are offering eGiveCash without fees until further notice. This will be applied to both retail (via Security Bank Online) and corporate clients (via Digibanker, excluding corporate clients with proprietary front-end systems).

Waived ATM Withdrawal Fees
As we discourage the public from staying out of their homes, we are waiving all withdrawal fees until further notice to ensure that you will not have to travel far just to withdraw cash. This means that Security Bank ATM cardholders may withdraw from any bank’s ATM — Security Bank or not — without any fees. This is applicable nationwide.
