HERMOSA, Bataan — After almost nine years of hiding from the authorities, the Hermosa Police led by OIC- chief of police, Major Jeffrey S. Onde, Bataan CIDG and Bataan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) have arrested a wanted person the other day for committing serious criminal offenses.
In a report from Major Onde, the arrested person was identified as Teofilo Almario, 57, married and a resident of Sitio Nazareno, Barangay Culis, Hermosa, Bataan.
Almario was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Ma. Lourdes Eltanal-Ignacio of the Third Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court Branch 5, Dinalupihan, Bataan dated August 5, 2019 for the offense of Frustrated Murder (docketed under criminal case no. DH-1060-00) and for the offense of Frustrated Homicide (docketed under criminal case no. DH-1050-00).
The Court has recommended bail of Php 200,000.00 and Php 24,000.00, respectively, for his provisional liberty. The suspect was temporarily placed under custody of Hermosa PNP for proper disposition and documentation.
