Barangay officials of Sta. Cruz join the Pampanga police in implementing a stricter lockdown. Police Provincial Director PCol. Jean Fajardo said yesterday in a video online presscon that the measure is aimed at implementing stricter restrictions on the movements of people going in and out of Pampanga due to COVID-19 situation.
