Shaker hits Luzon Saturday afternoon

Another earthquake was experienced in some parts of Luzon Saturday, April around 3:10 p.m. The movement felt longer and stronger compared to the April 4 evening earthquake which originated from Tingloy, Batangas. Early reports say movement was felt in Batangas, Cavite, Quezon Province, and Metro Manila.

Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) is yet to release details of the said earthquake.

PHIVOLCS recorded the recent quake to be Magnitude 4.7 originating from Mabini, Batangas – an aftershock of April 4 5.5 earthquake which was felt mainly in Mindoro and Batangas.
