A senior citizen-friendly establishment, SM Pampanga under the SM Cares, a division of SM Foundation Inc., joint partnership with UNILAB and United Bayanihan Foundation, a non-government organization promoting health to senior citizens, employing the tagline “Basta Senior Aktibo!” through the Active Aging Health & Wellness Summit recently held at the Tradehall of SM City Pampanga.
With over 650 senior citizen members of the United Pampanga Senior Citizens Organization (UPSCO) Inc. headed by President Linda David, actively participated the lecture on topics of Nutritional Care for Elderly People and Benefits of Proper Diet and Exercise. The seniors were also treated to free product samplings and services of blood test, nerve check-up and body massage for seniors.
The UNILAB’s Active Aging Health & Wellness Summit is the first lecture outside the metro and in Central Luzon in partnership with SM to show the importance and recognition to senior citizens. Special guest Congresswoman Milagros Magsaysay for Senior citizen Partylist joined by UPSCO President Linda David and SM City Pampanga Assistant Mall Manager Kaye Chua.
