CLARK FREEPORT — World Medical Relief Inc. President Dr. George Samson and Ambassador of Health Dr. Irineo Alvaro were given recognition by the Concepcion, Tarlac local government unit for their invaluable support to the town particularly in providing pharmaceutical needs.
Both Samson and Alvaro were conferred over the week by Concepcion Mayor Andres Lacson thru a Sangguniang Bayan resolution.
The local government unit of Concepcion extended their gratitude to Samson thru a resolution for donating various medical equipment to this town.
“Through the support of Dr. George Samson, Concepcion town is one of the beneficiaries of various medical equipment. And we are very grateful and thankful to him,” Mayor Lacson added.
Meantime, Alvaro was recognized for his invaluable support to the Philippine delegation at the 66th Anniversary Gala of the WMRI held recently in Detroit Michigan, USA.
The event was attended by Mayor Lacson and Alvaro, who provided support to the Philippine delegation.
“It is but timely and of utmost importance to recognize Dr. Ireneo Alvaro for his invaluable support to the Philippine Delegation at the 66th Anniversary Gala event in Detroit, Michigan USA,” the mayor said.
WMRI is an international philanthropic organization which provides people in developing countries with medical and pharmaceutical needs.
