Angie Hizon not threatened in vice mayoralty race vs Lazatin

City of San Fernando Councilor and vice mayoralty bet Angie Hizon confirmed that she’s not threatened in her fight against re-electionist Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin.

The fight, Hizon said, is more challenging, as she aimed to push for implementation of every program that would benefit every Fernandino.

“Manikal ta na pu. We have our own convictions and expectations with the way things are. I am not contented, we want more for the city,” Hizon stressed.

Running an independent candidate, Hizon said there are certain forces in politics that they cannot control.

“You know politics, there are certain forces that we cannot control and there are certain political forces we will never be in the line-up (in Mayor Edsa team),” she furthered.

She said contending with the incumbent is a more challenging journey as she dismissed that she’s not a seasonal politician.

“I Angie Hizon pu she is a decisive person. Patse pu sinabi ke, talakaran ke at gawan ke para kareng Fernandinos, “ she exclaimed.

Hizon said once given a seat as vice mayor, she pledges changes in the legislative department and “a quick response” services for the Fernandinos.

As councilor, she was able to support from her personal budget 96 scholars who graduated from senior high school.

“We will be able to do such from the P10 million budget of a vice mayor per year if given a chance. We can have more scholars at mas marakal tamu pa serbisyu a extend kareng Fernandinos,” she added.

“Kareng kalupa ku pu Fernandinos balu yu nung makananu ya pu i Angie Hizon. Antabayanan yu ku pasibayu kening laban kung ini,” she ended.

Hizon filed her certificate of candidacy on Tuesday.
