The Bulacan Police Provincial Office has already shut down 320 Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) gaming outlets in Bulacan following President’s Rodrigo Duterte’s order to close all gaming schemes authorized by the said office.
Bulacan Police Director Col. Chito Bersaluna said out of the 320 PCSO gaming scheme outlets, 241 are lotto outlets, 37 Keno outlets, 32 Small Town Lottery (STL) outlets and 10 STL Drawing Centers.
Bulacan PNP is conducting random inspections on different PCSO outlets to make sure they have completely stop operations.
Bersaluna said they will implement the President’s cessation order of all gaming schemes operated, licensed and franchised by the PCSO and will strictly impose the penalties under the existing law to those franchised owners who will desist and violate.
