CATBALOGAN CITY — Joint government anti-illegal drug operatives “hammered” Saturday suspected drug dens in Calbayog City which led to the arrest of seven persons and seizure of more than P100,000 worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) at Barangay Obrero in that city Saturday.

The raiding team, Jubay said barged inside the drug dens where they caught the suspects sniffing “meth”.

“All the suspects are included in the anti-illegal drugs personalities watchlist. One of them is a high-value target being a school teacher by profession,” said Jubay in a statement.

The operating team confiscated quantitative amount of shabu weighing more or less 15 grams with an estimated value of Php102,000, a caliber .45 pistol, ammunition, and assorted drug paraphernalia.
