Idineklarang “persona non grata” sa lalawigan ng Bulacan ang grupo ng Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA) makaraang aprubahan ni Gobernador Daniel Fernando ang isang resolution na binuo ng Bulacan Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) sa isinagawang 3rd quarter joint meeting sa Francisco Balagtas Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center Huwebes ng hapon.
Ang PPOC ay binubuo ng Provincial Government ng Bulacan sa pangunguna ng chairman nito na si Gob. Fernando, Philippine National Police (PNP) sa pamumuno ni Police provincial director Colonel Chito G Bersaluna, , Agent Christopher Macairap mula sa Provincial Drug Enforcement Agency, 48th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army (PA) pinamumunuan ni Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel Felix Emeterio M Valdez kung saan bawat isa sa mga ito ay ibinahagi ang situational updates and threat sa lalawigan.
Ang Resolution No. 01, Series of 2019ay inaprubahan ni Fernandomatapos ang pagkasunduan ng buong miyembro ng PPOC Board gayundin ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) representatives.
Ang naturang resolusyon ay kuuokondena sa unlawful, illegal and unauthorized activities ng CPP-NPA-NDF na nakapipinsala sa katahimikan at pag-unlad ng lalawigan ng Bulacan.
Banta rin umano ito at panganib sa karapatan ng mga tao, sa buhay, kalayaan, at seguridad sa buong bansa.
“The Province of Bulacan has been very active in the fight against terrorism. The passing of the resolution declaring CPP-NPA-NDF persona non grata is a stepping stone and a good start of the province to avert and deter possible infiltration in any sector in the society,”ayon kay Major General Lenard T. Agustin, AFP, commander ng 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division
Sinabi rin ni Lt. Col. Valdez, of the 48th IB na sa pamamagitan ng nasabing resolusyon ay maaari nang magkasama at mabuo ang bawat inisyatibo sa iisang layunin.
“The infiltration and exploitation of the CPP-NPA-NDF call the attention of the society especially the local government units to prevent it from worsening. With this, your Philippine Army will continue to help every sector in order for them to see the real intentions of spoilers of peace,” dagdag pa ni Valdez.
