CSF hosts Child, Youth Leaders’ Camp

Various Supreme Pupil and Student Government presidents from Elementary and Integrated Schools in the City of San Fernando, together with their parents, undergo leaders’ camp over the past week at EPATHA Development Center in Maimpis.

Hosted by the city government, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC), the activity is in line with the celebration of National Children’s Month.

The city shares insights on the issues that children and youth, including the parents, are concerned with including Reproductive Health, Online Sexual Exploitation on Children, Digital Parenting, and Servant Leadership.

At the end of the program, the Search for Child and Youth Ambassadors is staged, where Lenshei Fernandez of San Nicolas Integrated School and Kyla Sofia Simpauco of Pampanga High School, are named as Child and Youth Ambassadors, respectively, who will join the city in its future activities for the children and the youth.
