The SM Supermalls will move the Philippine International Pyromusical Competition (PIPC) to SM City Clark starting February 23 to March 30, 2019.
“In full support of the ongoing Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, SM Supermalls will move the 10th PIPC from SM Mall of Asia (SMMA) to SM City Clark,” the official announcement posted on social media said.
PIPC is a tradition at the SMMA that has brought enjoyment to millions of Filipinos each year. For the past nine years, the pyrotechnics have always complied with the international standards for environment safety, at par with countries like Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and famous theme parks around the world.
“We seek the public’s support and understanding as we strive still provide the same enjoyment as we have over the years,” the statement said.
