Joint operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-NCR Manila District Office, PDEA-Region III, and the Angeles City Police Office, have seized shabu worth P578 million during a buy-busy operation in Timog Hills Townhouse, Barangay Pampang, Angeles City, on Sunday. Arrested were Willy Tan Zhang, 51 years old, who reportedly died in the hospital for unknown reasons.
The raiding team also invited Reziel Barelos Manalo, 30 years old, and a resident of Sitio 6, Muzon, San Juan, Batangas, for questioning. In another buy-bust operation in Angeles City, an undetermined amount of shabu was also seized along Poinsettia Avenue, Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City on Sunday morning.
