Reuters correspondent Jess Malabanan keynotes the flag raising rites of the Pampanga Provincial Police Office on Monday in the City of San Fernando. Malabanan, a member of the Pampanga Press Club (PPC), urges members of the Pampanga police force to “respect human rights” as the Philippine National Police (PNP) observes ‘Human Rights Consciousness Week.’ Malabanan also receives a plaque of recognition for his “invaluable service to the PNP.” With Malabanan were Supt. Patrick Sangalang, Deputy Provincial Director for Operations (right) and Supt. Domingo, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration.
