Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) hailed Justine Baltazar of the Pampanga Giant Lanters (PGL) as Season 5’s Most Valuable Player during awarding ceremony of Game 2 under the Best of 5 Series of MPBL National Championship.
