A white Honda Jazz with plate TEQ 827 overturned after the driver allegedly avoided a stray dog crossing the National Road, Brgy. Layac, Dinalupihan, Bataan at 4:45 a.m. Sunday, causing injuries to the driver and the passenger.
According to the initial report from Dinalupihan PNP, Police Lt. Col. Emelito Dela Cruz, chief of police, identified the injured driver as Nico Sarra Jorge 28, a resident of Brgy. Culis, Hermosa, Bataan, and the passenger, Ervin Randolfh Cruz, 28, a resident of Brgy. Palihan, Hermosa, Bataan.
The victims were immediately brought to Dinalupihan District Hospital by responding medic team for treatment after they sustained minor injuries.
