CSF on its way to continued ISO certification

The City of San Fernando gets recommendation for continued certification of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 after it passes the second surveillance audit of Anglo Japanese American (AJA) Registrars over the past week.

During the activity, attended by some CSF-LGU department heads, several offices are audited by the representatives from AJA Registrars, Eugene Herradura and Raquel Digo, in an aim to check the city’s compliance with the said certification and its established Quality Management System (QMS).

Last May of the current year, the first surveillance audit is ensued, following the city’s receipt of ISO 9001:2015 certification in January, a result of the “city’s sincere commitment in providing quality public service on business processes.”
