Angeles City – Balibago Barangay Chairman Joseph PG Ponce has delivered the much-anticipated First 100 Days State of the Barangay Address (SOBA), highlighting significant achievements and outlining future plans for the community’s development.
In an address held at barangay quadrangle, barangay hall on February 28, 2024, Ponce shared the remarkable progress made during the initial phase of their administration. Key accomplishments include:
- Infrastructure Development: Initiating feasibility studies for essential infrastructure projects and conducting repairs and maintenance of vital community facilities;
- Social Services: Expanding access to healthcare through medical missions and providing assistance to vulnerable sectors;
