Business as usual at Didi’s Pizza

Despite Angeles City Health Office’s recommendation for closure due to poor sanitation, Didi’s Pizza remains operational after IOrbitNews Team visited the pizza house, Saturday morning.

According to Nenita Nierva, Didi’s Pizza secretary, the management did not recieve any closure order but was given 15 days to comply with the health and sanitation requirements.

Recently, the pizza institution has become an internet trend after a customer filed a complaint on cockroach/mice infestation in the dining area. After the inspection, Angeles City Health Officer Lenario Santos released order to the city’s Business Permit and Licensing Division to revoke its 2018 sanitary permit and completely halt current operations.

The AC Health Office is set conduct another sanitation inspection on July 3.

In September of 1972, a certain Marina Borromeo from Bacolod City established Didi’s Pizza in Balibago City and was later on managed by her sister Precy Kirsch.The place is being rented to the Guiao Family of Angeles City since its establishment in the 70’s.
