CDC donates portable x-ray machine to Pampanga Capitol

CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Pampanga – Clark Development Corporation (CDC) donated a PhP 3.8 million worth portable x-ray machine to the provincial government of Pampanga which can be used in designated quarantine facilities.

Governor Dennis Pineda expressed his gratitude to CDC for the donation.

“This x-ray machine is number one in monitoring whether a patient’s pneumonia is progressing. We want to thank (Manuel) Gaerlan, the President and CEO of CDC. This is a big help to our provincial government in mitigating COVID-19,” he said.

The turnover of x-ray machine was followed by the signing of deed of donation which was led by Pineda and CDC Vice President for Security Services Group Sheldon Jacaban.

The donation of x-ray machine is also part of CDC’s Corporate Social Responsibility program in support of the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.

This will also meet the needs of hospitals and quarantine facilities to monitor more COVID-19 patients and cases in the province as it is also equipped with the latest advanced technology.
