CL’s most wanted, 2 others captured

Camp Olivas—An 18-year-old most wanted man in Central Luzon and two other crime suspects were arrested in separate manhunt operations in the region on Monday.

Tarlac Police Director Col. Renante Cabico said Vincent Dagdagan, 18, of Bgy. Burgos, Moncada, Tarlac and the No. 4 most wanted person in Region 3, was arrested in an operation in Barangay Burgos, Moncada based on a warrant issued against him for rape. 

Meanwhile, Olongapo City acting police chief Col. Jeric Villanueva said his men arrested in Lower Kalaklan, Olongapo City Gemma Chua, 21, of Sitio Gasac, Barangay Culis, Hermosa, Bataan, and wanted for drug pushing or violation of  RA 9165. 

Villanueva said Chua went into hiding for over three years before her arrest in Olongapo City.

A report from Aurora provincial  police  director Col. Julius Lizardo said laborer Rodolfo Valdez, 45, of Bgy. Suguit, Maria Aurora, Aurora, was arrested by members of the Maria Aurora municipal police for  acts of Lasciviousness.

“Once again I commend PNP-PRO3 men and women for another successful manhunt operation to bring MWP’s to the fold of justice and answer for the crimes they committed, ” said  PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon.
