Opposition Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. attended the State of the Barangay Address of Malabanias Barangay Captain Rey “Jumong” Gueco last October 30.
Lazatin commended members of the Barangay Council headed by Barangay Captain Gueco for implementing worthy projects and programs for his constituents.
He also expressed his gratitude to Malabanias residents for their continued support to the Lazatins.
