Pampanga First District Rep. Carmelo “Jon” B. Lazatin II stresses the negative effects of the drug problem to the country’s economy and peace and order. Lazatin was the guest of honor and speaker during Friday’s anti-drug symposium held at Sta. Ines Elementary School attended by students, parents, police, barangay officials and representatives from non-government organizations.
