The government’s Social Amelioration Program (SAP) distribution must be given away by May 7, 2020, the Department of Interior and Local Government said.

Originally, cash subsidies should be dispersed on April 30, 2020 but was extended in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna and cities of Cebu and Davao.
Earlier, DILG ordered LGUs to post in the official list of recipients per barangay. Cash assistance should be given full to each recipient family.
Meanwhile, complaints of entitled individuals but were not listed piled up.
Malaya is reminding the public to ask their respective barangay officials first before complaining. Look for evidence and send it to the local DILG for verification.
